We each desire to fulfill our full capacity, potential and purpose. It’s in all of us. We are at our best when we’re advancing, moving, progressing, growing, improving, learning, expanding, and stretching towards those things we have yet to attain, yet are pressing forward to. The natural outcome of being connected to God is being optimistic about the future. We should always be looking forward. We should always believe in the promise of tomorrow and should never become overwhelmed by the difficulty or even the failure of the present.

Equip individuals by helping them discover their God given passions, gifts, and strengths. At the core of each individual is a unique, purposeful life. When people serve where they are passionate and gifted, they begin to function in their God given potential. The Room wants to equip individuals by helping them embrace their unique gifts, while honing and sharpening their skills. The natural result of this phase is a commitment to the vital signs.

Elevate individuals by providing monthly leadership development for those involved in elements. The purpose of these gatherings will be to:
1. Excavate the leader within individuals. Here, we help them discover the leader inside of them.
2. Evolve the leader within individuals. This is where we help develop and grow skills, practices, habits, and traits of effective leaders.
3. Elevate the leader within individuals. Here we would move people to higher levels of leadership within The Room and life.

Emerge individuals to function and live in their calling, purpose, and destiny. Individuals naturally enter into spiritual maturity, making disciples and embracing their contribution to the world. The beauty of this phase is the unforced, almost rhythmic nature of the movement.
